Zintec Feed Supplements was formed in 1986 by John Williams in Kington, Herefordshire for the manufacture of high quality feed supplements with advanced trace element technology to improve the nutrition, health and profitability of livestock farming. Zintec Feed Supplements was one of the first manufacturers in the U.K. to use trace element proteinates and also the first to include them as standard in their complete range of products. Due to continuing expansion in 1996 the company moved to a 12,000 sq ft. factory on a 6 acre site on the verge of a Herefordshire village called Shobdon well known for its airfield and being the original home of Sun Valley Poultry. Zintec Feed Supplements now manufacture a comprehensive range of granular, powdered, and molassed mineral licks for all forms of livestock. Zintec Feed Supplements is still making advances in livestock nutrition with new products like Fertility Fighter and Imuherb. Today Zintec is still a family owned company working with farmers to manufacture the specific product for their individual needs.
