Baddi is coming up as an upcoming industrial town in Himachal Pardesh. We are existing since 1986 making various sheet metal items for M/s H.M.T. Ltd. Pinjore and recently (since 1999) for M/s Indofarm Tractor & Motors Ltd, at Baddi &International tractors L.T.D Hoshiarpur itself. In current year, we have orders in hand from M/s Indofarm for Rs.50 lacs, H.M.T.Ltd. Pinjore for 100 lacs & Internatinal tractors L.T.D Hoshairpur for Rs 150 lacs. We would like to give further details:- AREA OF WORK Presently we are manufacturing tractor parts of sheet metal as complete Bonnet Assy. And sheet metal components of all models are being made for M/s H.M.T.Ltd. whereas for M/s Indofarm Tractor & Motors Ltd. Baddi & for International tractors we manufactruring Bonnet assy. With Inner member and also make Mudguard of all models. MACHINERY SET UP The machinery installed in our factory is having more capacity than we require as we are in a very comfortable position for taking p new jobs. We are fully conversant with the latest techniques and equipped with modern machinery and equipments. The list of machinery is enclosed as per Ann. A FACTORY SHED We have three factory shed of 1500 sq. meters at Baddi and one in Chandigarh itself having combined connected load of 250 K.W. If we get chance, material can be manufacturing and supplied from Excise exempted area also. All sheds are of first class construction. STAFF AND WORK FORCE We have six persons in staff and 60 persons as factory workers. The entire work force is experienced and most of the workers are working since its inception. We have ours own tooling department and its head has experience of more than 35 years in sheet metal. COST REDUCTION FACTOR Keeping in view the various offered by Himachal Govt. like excise relief to new companies, we may provide material from our company availing excise relief, thus material to your unit without excise can be supplied Moreover, we are introducing ourselves towards I SO 9000 and hope to get certificate by may 2007..
